John Estefanos graduated law school in 2004, decided not to pursue becoming an attorney right away. Mr. Estefanos always had a passion for real estate and finance. In 2005 he became a real estate and mortgage broker and established a small boutique office near the Mission Valley area. After being in business for just one year, he had offices in North County and South Bay. The operation grew to approximately 30 real estate agents and 20 loan officers. During his time as a broker, he performed real estate and mortgage transactions both on the residential and the commercial level. He built a solid reputation within the community. His office was well known for having done complex transactions. He was also involved in business brokering and commercial leasing.
After seeing that his clients were in need of professional and aggressive legal assistance, he decided to become a licensed attorney. He currently assists his clients in the areas of: Real Estate Law, Business transactions, Corporate Law, Tax Law, Estate Planning, Litigation and Employment Law. Having assisted over one thousand clients during his career as a broker and attorney, Mr. Estefanos gained the knowledge and experience in all of the areas he is practicing in.
